Day 1 - Box Squat (Dynamic Emphasis)
A. SSB Box Squats (in briefs)

Focused on more total work volume and speed this final week of the wave. I can tell that a couple weeks in a row with a wider squat is about as much as my hip can handle, so this next week I'm transitioning to a closer stance box squat.

B2. Seated Cable Rows (neutral grip) - 3x10
C1. GHR - 2x10
C2. Ab Wheel - 2x8
