Day 1 - Box Squat (Dynamic Emphasis)

A. SSB Close Stance Box Squats (in briefs)

  • 9x2 w. 290 + average bands

  • 1x2 w. 310 + average bands

*This is the first week of switching to a close stance box squat in olympic shoes. The range of motion is further, but close stance is also a stronger position for me. This style with bands is a great deadlift builder for me in training.

B1. GHR - 4x12

B2. Seated Cable Rows (neutral grip) - 4x10

C. Ab Wheel - 3x6
