Day 2 - Strength/Conditioning Circuit - wearing 25lb weight vest
1. Front Squat - 5 reps
2. Overhead Push Press - 5 reps
3. Chinups - 8 reps
4. Pushups - 10 reps
*5 rounds done as quickly as possible
*165lbs on barbell
*Completed in 9:50 (over 1:30 improvement from last week) - Next week weight will increase again.
