worked up doing sets of 3 reps to 365.

405 for a single

put on single ply Metal King Presser shirt

405 for a triple (could not touch)

455 for a triple (could not touch)

495 felt like crap and I re-racked after 2 attempts to touch

 

dumbbell press

worked up to 150's for 8 reps

attempted 168's but was unable to get them onto my knees while seated on the bench

 

reverse pec deck

100 for 12 reps

130 for 12 reps

stack for 2 sets of 12 reps

 

single are dumbbell military press

30 for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

I got a little angry with myself for not being able to get the 168 dumbbells into position to attempt to press them. This is the first time I have ever been strong enough to do a movement, at least I am confidant I could have, but not strong enough to set it up. SUCK.
