Feeling a lot better today and ready to train. Lily and I headed out to squat but I really didn't have a plan. Here is what happened...

warm-ups

Hip rotations, wall squats, Indian club swings, rolling

 

free squats - wore Metal Viking briefs

worked up to 505 for 5 sets of 3 reps

 

deficit deadlifts - set at 1.5 inch deficit

worked up to 405 for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

GHR

3 sets of 12 reps

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 12 reps

 

 

Thing felt much better today. My squats were a little high but moved very well.
