Day 1 - Box Squat (Dynamic Emphasis)
A. SSB Box Squats vs Average Bands (in briefs)
- 4x2 w. 355+bands
- 2x2 w. 380+bands
Last few sets I got pretty rounded forward coming up. Good challenge for my upper back, especially with my hips I've always struggled with my hips shooting back and rounding me forward. Next week the weight drops back down and speed goes back up.
B. SSB Good Mornings - 3x8
C1. GHR - 3x10
C2. Ab Wheel - 3x8
