SS Yoke bar box squats - Box 1" above parallel

Worked up to 5 plates per side for 3 sets of 3 reps - wore Ace briefs

 

Deadlifts

worked up doing triples to 495 for 3 resp

 

GHR

3 sets to failure

 

Squats felt pretty solid but the pulls felt awful. Something in my right trap got really tight and put a strain/pull up through my neck. I would guess its associated with the knot in my right shoulder and nothing serious but it was causing a decent amount of discomfort today. Hopefully it'll feel better in a few days.
