worked up to 315 for 3 reps

the following were pressed off the manpon

365 for 3 reps

405 for 3 sets of 3 reps

365 for 8 reps

 

single arm military dumbbell press against mini band

25 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

T-Bar rows

3 plates for 4 sets of 15 reps

 

tricep press with SS Yoke bar

worked up to 225 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

My shoulder felt like crap but I was able to work through it. Decent day overall.
