Feeling pretty much 100% today. Lily and I met Mark and a friend of his for training at the compound today. I haven't seen Mark in a long time and it looks like our schedules will allow us to all train together on Sundays now.

worked up to 365 for a triple

405 for 2 reps

405 for a triple

 

slight incline dumbbell press

70's for 20 reps

80's for 20 reps

90's for 20 reps

 

t-bar rows

worked up to 3 plates for 12 reps

 

standing barbell military press

135 for 10 reps

185 for 8 reps

135 for 10 reps

 

I've never done 405 for a triple raw before...things are looking decent at the moment.
