Block 1, Week 7, Day 1 - Deload DL/SQ

I really felt like I needed a deload at this point in my training and I'm happy for the down time.  The CVASPS was amazing and made me feel like I know nothing, which is always nice to be reminded of from time to time.  I can't thank Jay enough for continuing to host such an amazing collection of knowledge and talent and experience every year for people to come and learn from.

Less is definitely more for me during this deload.  Just trying to get rested up for a couple more weeks of training leading up to competition time.
