I'm happy to be done with spring semester, but I don't really get to rest until next week because I will be scrambling to get everything ready for the Salisbury Summer Strongman Slam competition that I'm running this weekend for US Strongman.

Not belt or wraps at all today.  This was my compromise with myself so I didn't bury myself while my recovery is still screwed up, but to also make the work I did do more difficult.

This was great since I kept moving faster while increasing the bar weight for chain bench.
