I recently lifted in the 2019 USPA National Championships where I totaled 1767 in wraps at 198 via a 655 squat, 451 bench and 661 deadlift. I'm looking to compete in December to wrap up the year.
I had planned on training Thursday and Friday to get both days in but the travel had me beat and feeling sick on Thursday. Rest was a much better option, ended up basically sleeping from the time I got home from work through the night. Much improved on Friday!
Since I missed the Thursday session, combined days 3 and 4 picking a few exercises from both days.
Single Leg, Leg Press - 360 x 4 x 8
Leg Extension- 100 x 4 x 12
Leg Curl - 80 x 4 x 12
Close Grip Incline - Red shoulder saver - 245 x 4 x 5
1 Arm Chest Supported Row - 180 x 4 x 8
Machine Shoulder Press - 90 x 5 x 10
