After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

This Wednesday evening I went in and finally got some leg training in, for what seemed like forever. I kept things rather moderate as I knew I would be sore no matter what I did. Overall, a really good pump and a fun training session that morning. I'm good to report that my back is also feeling relatively good, so that's a great sign.
