I floor pressed with the group today. I always have help and assistance when I train on the weekends but I'm typically doing my own thing. It actually works out and I'm fortunate to have access to the gym with enough equipment to allow it. We don't have to change the weights, rack heights and other things much.... BUT today I trained with the group and it was good.
Barbell floor press
worked up to 405 for a single
-405 was slow and I strained to get it. It surprised me how much more challenging it was than the previous 365. I need to work on this and get it to at least 450.
dumbbell press
70's for 3 sets of 10 reps
chest supported rows -camber bar used to increase range of motion
185 for 5 sets of 8 reps
H-Raises
25's for 3 sets of 8 reps
rolling dumbbell extensions
30's for 3 sets of 15 reps
