My training has been based on feel or what Dave wants to do for the day. I really don't recommend this but for now, it's working for me. Today when I asked him what he wanted to do he said floor press with the fat bar...SO...
Floor press using the fat bar
worked up doing triples to 275 and 5 chains
275 and 6 chains for a double
315 and 6 chains for a single
Hammer strength chest supported row machine
worked up doing sets of 8 until the machine could not hold another plate
behind the head lat pull downs
100 for 4 sets of 15 reps
behind the head standing military press with barbell
95 for 4 sets of 8 reps
I had to strain on several reps during the floor pressing and my elbow feels good. I've very pleased with the surgery.
