After coming off a top 10 all-time multiply bench press performance, I'm now taking a few weeks to get back into some light hypertrophy training. My focus right now is to keep my body healthy and feeling good, while laying a solid foundation to start a new off season full power training cycle by the end of August.

The free raw conjugate programming is finally going to start next week! As mentioned last month, this will be ran through WodFollow. All you'll need to do is create a free account, and you'll get each workout for each day. As mentioned, there will be a coaching option available that will have a minor fee of $25 per month, but this is entirely optional. If you're interested in this service, just message or email me and we'll get you taken care of (this is highly recommended for those that might not know how to perform certain movements).

The goal behind this programming is to display the success that I've had with myself, clients, and other athletes. However, it will also be some testing ground for myself to try new things with other clients (YOU). The goal will always be to improve you base level of strength, increase muscle size, and also get you ready to hit some of your best numbers on the platform.
