Today our powerlifting squad hit heavy football bar 5x3. Decline barbell and some heavy upper back followed. It was great to see Kayla who is going through some stuff still sticking with the plan and training to keep her mind occupied. We lost our 148lb female lifter recently. She is off the team and doing her own thing which is fine. We have some new faces that have joined in on our team and should be great replacements.
Breathing on my end is still bad but hoping starting Monday we get this going in the right direction. Weight is a depressing 255lbs. Being on diuretics since last May, anemia and non-existent test levels all have contributed to this. Once here things are fixed I should jump to a healthy 285lbs along with training and putting muscle back on.
