Today the squad hit pin presses (about 2-3 board heighth off chest).  They worked up to a heavy double.  Next Friday is their heaviest bench of the training cycle.  Afterwards they hit a lot with dips beings the most sets/reps.

Today I hit 20 min on th treadmill and was struggling.  I have been way out of breathe every rehab session.  Hope is gets better soon cause this sucks ass.

The usapl meet is tomorrow the set up nick and Chris did is amazing looks very professional am looking forward to the meet.
