Today the powerlifting squad hit some super sets with safety bar squats and sleds.  They also hit some pistol squats, DB good mornings and a few other movements.  Most of the squad said they were just going to sit and rest all weekend due to stiffness and soreness.  We want to pack on a lot of muscle these next following weeks.

For myself I wrapped up phase 2 with rack pulls, leg presses, and ab pulldowns.  I am severely fatigued and am in dire need of some rest this weekend.  Look forward to doing nothing sat afternoon and most of Sunday.

Next week I start Phase 3 which will be set with diff movements all at 4x8.
