After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

This Friday training session was super light, and just trying to get some blood flow going and ease my way into a second day of lower body training. Now that I'm fully self-employed I feel that I can train more frequently with a little less volume each session. I know it's nothing major, but a good end to this training week.
