I had a neuro exam at 0730 this morning followed by cardiac and by the time I got home I was feeling brain dead, but I still wanted to train so I headed out to the garage to warmup and move and relax and write run on sentences and mission accomplished all around.

If I thought that power snatches felt awkward and rusty, these were much worse. I'm gonna go ahead and say it's cause it was "too light", which by the way is the dumbest excuse ever. All that means is that your technique with lighter weights is garbage due to crappy control or crappy mobility or general slothfulness.
Arm Over Arm Simulator

This was literally just me playing around with trying something to simulate arm over arm pulls in my garage. It worked ok, but still needs some tweaking and it will always have some built in flaws with the way it's setup right now.
After this I did some cardio (not conditioning and not a tabata cause ef that es today) on the airbike for about 20 minutes and then had pizza and donuts because round foods are delicious.
