I am wrecking my body this last week. I have a transition phase coming that I can't wait for. But in the meantime, I need to do more hypertrophy and that calls for more reps of horrible horrible variations. Front squats and RDLs above 600 pounds each are leaving me reeling for calories, and wanting to sleep 10 hours a day. I won't let myself be stopped though, I need to make the other competitors work harder. I want to keep pushing the envelope for the US Open.
