Finally starting to gain a little confidence with the new training and all of the exercises/variety. I've started to up the weights as I learn to navigate bodybuilding training, which is just still so foreign to me. Today was an upper body day, which I thoroughly enjoy, even though I must admit I miss my regular bench press. *Sigh.
Incline DB bench Press 4x10
Cable Side Raise: 4x15
Seated Shoulder Press: 4x12
Single Arm Shoulder Press (drop set): 2x10 each side
High cable chest press: 4x15
Barbell Front Raise: 4x12
Seated Side Raise: 4x12
Seated Front Raise: 4x12
Flat DB Bench: 4x12
and a bunch of other things until I literally could not move. The pump was unreal.
