sets were done with 5 plates per side, reverse bands attached

10 reps per leg "stepping" immediately followed by 10 normal reps

6 plates total for 4 sets of 8 reps - reps were controlled with no swing

work with done to focus on form, groove and to move weight correctly

3 sets of 3 reps with 405 pulling the bar and attempting to touch with each rep

455 for 2 singles - second single touched

 

dumbbell press

90's for 3 sets of 10 reps

 

cable extensions

80 for 3 sets of 12 reps

 

chest supported cable rows

stack for 5 sets of 12 reps
