Yes, I'm going to do good mornings today. I haven't done these much over the years since I blew my back out anyway. Today is the day to load them up though...

 

Good Mornings

worked up to 405 for 3 sets of 5 reps

ROM was strict and I did not allow the barbell to go past my toes during the movement.

 

front squat

315 for 3 sets of 5 reps

135 for 20 reps

 

GHR

4 sets of 8 reps

 

adductor machine

130 for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

The front squats were brutal. I hadn't done those in years either and not since I've added bodyweight. My shoulders did not accommodate holding the bar very well and I really had to focus on keeping upright so the bar didn't slip off.
