Second week around and a different session. I'm going to be flip flopping between squats and deadlifts (still keeping things stupid light) for the time being. Going to keep using some pre-exhaustion stuff and quality exercises, I just have to continue to be smart about my exercise selection choice. I've got some busy weeks coming up with school kicking in, a new team of athletes starting, and more individual athletes and parents coming through the doors just about every day. Certainly a good problem to have.
