Ramping up the mid week training. My tricep feels pretty good but the rest of my body is not liking the training. Achy for sure and probably doing nothing for several months would be the reason.

 

box hack squats - box set at parallel

worked up doing sets of 5 reps to 7 plates per side

8 plates for 3 reps

9 plates for 3 reps

3 plates for 20 reps

 

reverse hypers

140 for 4 sets of 12

 

hypers

bodyweight for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

hanging leg raises

3 sets of 15

 

The hack squats felt great...at the beginning of the session but the last two sets felt heavier than they should have. No question I lost strength and my nervous system has withdrawn a bit too.
