Block 13, Wave 1 - Throws @ ISCF

Today I had planned to throw heavy and light hammer and then do yoke and/or conditioning.  Plans had to change due to skin failure.

Heavy Hammer

2x10 winds

3 throws x 1 wind

6 full throws

Light Hammer

4 full throws

I had planned to do 6 full throws here as well, but after the 4th one, I realized I had ripped both hands just below my index finger.  I am an idiot because I forgot to tape my hands to prevent this.  Also, I was hoping for some post activation potentiation when throwing the light after the heavy, but that did not happen at all in any way, shape, or form.  I called training here because my hands were nearly FUBAR and with my competition coming up soon I don't want to be limited from training in what I hope is not a fruitless attempt to suck less.
