This one is less gruesome.
On advice from my Doc, I got my umbilical hernia fixed this week.
It was a quick surgery, only taking about 25 mins once I was in the OR. I took the spinal block and stayed awake for the procedure.
I have two personal training clients that are Anesthesiologists and they recommended me staying awake. So I did 🙂
I now look like King Hippo from Punch out!
