This Friday evening when I got my leg training in, I went a bit heavier on my belt squats to try to simulate squatting a bit more. Still not exactly sure what is going on my with my back, but I do have an appointment with my doctor to get a referral to a thorax specialist in late October, so I'm hoping to get some minor answers and things figured out while I can there.
