I always find that lighter weight feels heavier...I think because I'm honestly just lazy/put in less effort.  I have no idea.  So, today I decided to go a little heavier.

Bench 175 x 5 x 5

Band Pull Aparts 3 x 30

Face Pulls (I did these with a band tied around a squat rack and I loved the different resistance that it gave me, rather than using a machine.  3 x 30

Pull Ups 3 x 3

Would be nice if I could do some leg work....some day.
