Heavy Hack Squats

Training has been going well and the imbalances I was seeing on my squat are no longer there.  Unilateral work is never a bad thing but for me right now it does not need to be as much of a priority as it has been recently. I  decided to work up heavy on the hack squat today.

Hack squat to a parallel box

worked up doing sets of 5 reps to 1,000 pounds of plate weight for 2 sets of 5 reps


hanging leg raises

2 sets of 15 reps


I was pretty tired after squats so I just did some abs and shut it down for the session.
