I was pretty pumped for this workout mainly because my bench has been coming along nicely during the last few months. Whenever you have a lift improving, it can definitely make doing accessories for the lift more exciting. My triceps were trashed after this session from all of the lockout work I did. With having a looser shirt, having strong triceps is even more important due to getting a little less out of it. Which honestly I am totally fine with. It's been a nice change not needing five guys, 30 minutes and half a can of WD-40 to get your bench shirt off.
