So, today I had to get an estimated max for my no wraps squat.  Basically, I just picked a reasonable weight that I knew I could get for reps and worked up to that for a set of x amount of reps.  In my case, I think the most I've ever squated without wraps was 295 for a single.  So, I picked 275, and I got 6 reps.  From there I plugged the numbers into the 1 rep max calculator, which gave me an estimated max of 320.  Yay.  Now I get to use that number to figure out the numbers I will use for this training cycle.  I will be doing 4 sets of 2 and an AMRAP, which means I'll use 80% of 320 to calculate my starting weight.

Tonight's training looked a little like this:

Squat: barx2x8, 95x3, 135x3, 185x3, 225x3, 255x3, & 275x6

Split Squats: 4x11

BB Rows: 115x12 & 175x12

Shrugs: 175x12 & 205x12

Reverse Hyper: 180x3x15
