After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

I'll admit a first off, I've been behind on my training log for a period of time now. This is probably a blessing in disguise because this surgery has helped me catch back up, not only with my log, but with everything going on in general.

Overall, my surgery went very well. No complications or issues, and I'm recovering at a really good rate. As of right now I still have a ~25lb weight restriction. So I'm not able to do much, and I'm currently not working my other job because there isn't really anything I can do. It's okay, as I'm on my way out of that job anyways based upon the health and speed the gym is moving.

It's currently been two weeks since I've done any training at all, and I'm not sure what my next step is going to be when it comes to doing anything. I'll probably drag a light sled, do some arms and shoulder, and just simple single leg stuff with bodyweight and light machines.

My next appointment isn't until December 19th, so I've got some time until I can get even cleared to do stuff. Guess we'll see, and I'll keep you updated.
