All in all that's a great title  I think. I have begun to use a great deal of posterior chain in my squat, and while this isn't a bad thing, I need to spend some time being more upright to make depth more convincing and increase my quad strength. Thusly, I'll be doing a lot of beltless high bar in the near future.
