Struggle was the name of the damn game! My squat and deads have been doing great so far but my bench is been pretty lame. I am pretty set on my reps ranges, I think I just need to adjust the weights for the last four weeks.

4 sets of 4 with 410 failed on first set, only got 3. Dropped weight to 390 and still failed on the 4th set and only got 3 again. I did a fifth set to hit the 2 reps I missed
