Hybrid therapy work twice a week

The chronicles of @drdev_dpt and JOESULLIVANPOWERLIFTER. I walk in today and she says are you stressed? Idk. Touches one trigger point and i die. Okay maybe. Dry needling the traps and upper back, with the cups alleviating some back tightness to get me ready to pull tomorrow

I'm fortunate to haev access to these guys as it is seemingly one of the only ways I can continue to train the way I do.
