Background: I work at OSU as a graduate teaching associate and lift at Ludus Magnus. I am a raw lifter who competes in the 105lb weight classes, and am currently prepping for my next meet (when grad school finally gives me a weekend off) . This was pretty brutal and my back got LIT UP

4a. Conventional Speed pulls

4b. Weighted Box Jumps
5 x 2 x 25lbs

5. One set on GHR to failure

 

My back is STILL dead and it's Sunday ...
