Squats

Just like yesterday, I wanted to see how things felt and then when my body reported the bad news that light weights feel heavy, I dropped down for some volume.  I am sticking with doing the lateral lunges though.  I'm going to get better at these because it's ridiculous for me to be moving better on my left leg than on my right.

Besides being crooked and slow, my right shoulder and elbow were bothering me so I did somewhat less volume than I did for log yesterday.

I was pretty salty by this point because everything felt awful so I called a halt to training here for my own sanity.
