Block 1, Week 3, Day 2 - DE DL/SQ

I had the idea that I would switch up my setup for banded DL since doing it from a deficit was problematic last time.  My first idea was completely worse and wasted about 15 minutes of setup and cleanup.  Then I reversed the band pegs and duct taped the bar to prevent the knurling from chewing up the bands and the setup worked much better.  Of course I didn't think to take pics, so maybe next time.
