Oronde Dayday Carson really poured himself into this training cycle. Each meet he continues to improve his lifts and total.
This young man has set federation world records by the truck load since his first meet and I sure dont see that stopping anytime soon.
The only person that can stop or beat Dayday is himself. I hope he continues to apply himself, trust the training and work hard.
We have 3 or 4 guys on the edge of hitting a 700 pound raw squat in a meet. Dayday is one of those young men. I hope to see him do it next year sometime.
