Last week was the last week of a 17 week block of training.  I am restarting on a new 17 week block this week because that jives the best with my next planned competition, the US Strongman April Fool's Strongman Comp at Brute Strength Gym on 4 April.  So without further adieu, let's roll.

2x{15xBW/15x210} - No more than this for now on shrugs because I have either pain or tightness at the very bottom of my right lower trap on these.  I'm attributing this to the 300 lb keg load that I missed repeatedly at pro nats.
