Man, these workouts are actually pretty fun when they are not addressing how out of shape I am and how hard it is to squat weight with short rest times. When I get a pump in my upper body and actually move some fun pressing weight, it feels pretty nice!

DB Bench 30s rest 120x10 for 4 sets

Chin Ups 4 sets of 12

Lateral Raise w/ 30s rest 30lb DBs 4 sets of 12

Rear Delt Raise w/ 30s rest 30lb DBs 4 sets of 12
