warm-ups
hip rotations, rolling, band pull aparts
box squats to box 2.5 inches above parallel - wore Metal short M briefs
worked up to 505 for 5 sets of 3 reps
deadlifts against quaded mini bands
worked up to 315 for 3 sets of 2 reps
GHR
3 sets to failure
stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts
50's for 3 sets of 10 reps
After squats my right hip was aching. Not something I cant deal with but not something I will ignore.
