Headed to the compound later in the afternoon today. As for my training my thoughts are about a June meet. I'm about 98% committed to myself to prep for it. Today was a day for some bench work in preparation for testing to see where I'm at in the near future.

 

Warm-ups

Indian Club swings, band pull aparts, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Bench

worked up to 315 for 4 sets of 3 reps

 

slight incline dumbbell press

70's for 3 sets of 20 reps

 

chest supported barbell rows

worked up to 185 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

standing military press

worked up to 185 for 3 sets of 6 reps

 

Today felt pretty good and I'm 100% pain free.
