Lily and I headed out to the compound in the early afternoon. I've been feeling pretty good and the additional hamstring work I've been doing seems to be helping my squat. SO I decided to put the briefs on and so some free squats. It's been awhile since I free squatted in gear so it should be interesting.

 

Warm-Ups

Hip rotations, rolling, knee TKE, Indian club swings

 

Squats

worked up doing triples to 595 for 3 sets of 3 reps. The Texas squat bar was used and I wore Ace briefs

I was very pleased with todays session. Squats felt good and my intent was to pull the 705 for a single but it moved well and I thought what the hell. GOOD DAY!
