Life is moving at an extremely fast pace...this being the last day of January caught me off guard. I really don't know where the time goes. Lily and I headed to the compound in the middle of the afternoon to do some benching. We simply decided not to set an alarm to wake up and slept till about noon.

 

Warm-ups

reverse grip dumbbell press, band pull aparts, Indian club swings

 

bench

worked up to 315 for a triple raw

put on single ply Metal presser shirt

405 for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

dumbbell press

80's for 1 set of 8 reps

120's for 1 set of 8 reps

150's for 1 set of 8 reps

 

dumbbell rows

100 for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

low pulley cable rows

90 for 1 set of 30 reps

 

shoulder press machine

70 per side for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

Bench felt a little off today. I believe its because my back is a little fatigued from yesterdays session. Overall I am happy with this weekends training.
