Block 11, Wave 1 - DL

Ok, that's not entirely true, but I had to keep training short(er) today because I have a health fair on Wednesday and a huge midterm on Thursday that require pretty much all my free time and some of my not free time at the moment.  But they were all the mattered today.  Prowler also matters.  And calf raises, definitely calf raises.  And "core work" and blue gatorade (Coach Hamer said so).
