This week has been spent doing some light volume work and blood work. Last week I had an appointment with Dr. Tyrel Detweiler at Hybrid Performance Group here in Columbus for some Reflexive Performance work. He identified some weaknesses and reset my muscles. He also showed me wake up drills for the muscle groups to do before training and the meet. I was very impressed with what he did and will work with him going forward to help me stay healthy.

 

This week included empty bar squats, box jumps, 95-pound bench press, pushups, and chins. Just some things to keep moving and prevent my body from getting tight.
